			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In New York City there are so many transportation options that it can be dizzying. No matter where you go downtown, uptown, wall street, Shea stadium or the Hampton&#8217;s. You can take train, bus, taxi, bike, car, trams, boats, helicopters, airplanes, and walk.  and apparently now SEA PLANES!</p>
<p><span id="more-20"></span>I spotted this sea plane landing and another taking off within minutes of each other from the East river along 23rd street marina. A not so quick <a href="http://www.travelinfony.com/tig/UAB_NYC-plane.html" target="_blank">search</a> on the internet revealed that there is a marina specifically designated to serve seaplanes.  I believe this is a charter service operated by <a href="http://www.excelaire.com" target="_blank">ExcelAire</a></p>
