Restaurants Using Public Space

Now you can sit down and eat with out ordering anything! A survey by the Scott Stringer camp has found that privates establishments use public space’s in NYC for their own benefit. (Not really New News) But at least you can now sit down and if harassed you can just mention the Borough Presidents name.
